Internships
At PIBM, students participate in two key internship programs: the Winter Internship Program (WIP) and the Summer Internship Program (SIP).
The Winter Internship Program (WIP), conducted after the first semester for 30-45 days, allows students to explore various sectors like Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, IT, and Banking. This hands-on experience helps them understand company operations, departmental functions, and management processes, providing clarity on their preferred specialization.
Following the WIP, the Summer Internship Program (SIP), held after the second semester for 60-90 days, offers an in-depth experience in the chosen domain. Students gain a deeper understanding of job profiles, skill sets, and corporate dynamics, preparing them for their careers.
