Venue:PIBM conducted the first-ever ‘Estate Ground Day’ on 28th July 2018. This event witnessed the presence of Corporates Leaders from the Real Estate Sector. The leaders discussed the upcoming challenges faced in the industry today. Through this event, our students got the opportunity to understand the past, present, and more importantly future of the sector.

The topic of discussion was ‘Changing Preferences of New Age Consumers’ in various industries. The panel members shared their valuable insights with PIBM students on some of the topics like changes in the industry practices, the importance of Omnichannel in the business. They also talked about the changes in the decision-makers of this new era, E-commerce, and change in the preferences of the customers, challenges faced in the business which helps our students in getting an insight of the overall business.

The topic of discussion was ‘Innovation: The need of the hour’. The panel members shared their valuable insights with PIBM students on how failure leads to Innovation where PayTm was used as an example. They also talked about how innovative companies solve the problems of many customers and the ‘power of now’. They also discussed various startups and how they are changing the trends of the Modern Era. This event helped PIBM students to get a better understanding of the importance of building, innovating a creative organization.
