Career Conclave 2025 - A Mega Job Fair by Uddipan at PIBM

Uddipan successfully organized the two-day Career Conclave 2025 – Mega Job Fair at the PIBM campus in collaboration with Ramanbyte Pvt. Ltd. on 11th and 12th December 2025. The conclave was conducted with the objective of bringing together a large pool of talented students from across Maharashtra, representing diverse academic backgrounds such as Engineering, Commerce, Science, Arts, Management, and allied disciplines, and connecting them with leading recruiters.

The event witnessed an overwhelming response, with over 2,500 aspiring students actively participating across both days. More than 300 reputed companies from sectors including Real Estate, Banking & Financial Services, FinTech, IT & ITeS, EdTech, Consulting, Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, E-commerce, and Hospitality engaged with students through recruitment drives and interviews.

Recruiters offered a wide range of job roles across Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Customer Support, and technical domains. Engineering graduates were considered for roles such as GET, DET, Design Engineer, Project Engineer, Production Engineer, and Quality Engineer, while commerce and management graduates were offered profiles like Accounts Executive, Finance Associate, and Banking Operations roles.

Organized by Uddipan in collaboration with AICTE, with RamanBytes as Technology Partner and PIBM as Learning Partner, the conclave provided a strong platform for students to gain industry exposure, interview experience, and career insights. The event concluded successfully, empowering students with placements, confidence, and valuable professional connections for their promising future careers.
