Ballad of CXOs 2020

Due to the pandemic, the world had come to a standstill but at PIBM learning never stops. PIBM organized a Ballad of CXOs on 9th May 2020, where the students interacted with the top industry experts from diverse sectors. The Ballad of CXOs is one of the remarkable events for PIBM students. The valuable insights and experiences shared by the corporate heads enlightened the students to prepare themselves for the next generation job roles.

During the discussion, Mr. Varun Shridhar gave his opinion on the Digital transformation that Digital Marketing and Continuous Change are the keys to a successful business. Mr. Amit Sethiya and Mr. Dhaval Shah talked about the business culture and how an employer and employee bond could be created. Mr. Pankaj Gupta mentioned that instead of seeking a job we must focus on becoming a job creator. The valuable insights and thoughts motivated our students and helped them to understand the industry requirements.

In Panel 2 (Afternoon Session), Mr. Gaurav Mehta, Chief Marketing Officer - GirnarSoft (Cardekho, Gaadi.com, Zigwheels) addressed our students and enlightened them on the Theory of Bricolage and discussed that it is a skill of using whatever is at hand and recombining them to create something new. He also talked about the usage of minimal resources and making the business successful with the help of our innovations and creativity.
