The Changing Landscape of Indian Real Estate Sector. A fact that Indian Real Estate with its four sub-sector housing, retail commercial, and hospitality, is the second largest employer after agriculture and is slated to grow at 30 percent over the next decade. It is more than enough, to sum up, the significance, relevance and bright future of the sector in Indian economy. It is no wonder that the industry ranks the third among the 14 major sectors in terms of direct, indirect and induced effects in all sectors of the economy. Certainly, the prospects for 2018 and beyond look brighter than ever.
In order to understand the past, present and more importantly future of the sector and be the early bird to tap the overwhelming potential it possesses, PIBM has organizing a symposium, where corporate from Real Estate Sectors came forward to discuss the upcoming challenges faced in the industry today.
